Hi @Ayoze, sorry to hear about this. Slightly_frowning_Face

I have translated your question to English as this is an International forum, please post any replies in English and it will be easier for me and other users to assist you.

Is the SIM card recognized by the device at all? For example if you have a PIN code on your SIM card, are you prompted to type this in when starting up the device?

Have you tried removing the SIM card from the device and inserting it again? You can also try with a different SIM card in the device and see if you are able to get an network connection.

Let me know how it goes!

Hello, the phone if it recognizes the sim card asks me for the pin code and everything, the sim card I put it in another phone and if it works, I have tried everything I turn it off and turn it on and nothing I remove the sim card and I put it and nothing, I even put the phone with factory settings and nothing, I lost everything I had on the phone for nothing!

Hi again @Ayoze and thank you for the information.

Do I understand correctly that the SIM card is recognized? If you could use a translator service to translate your text, or write in English, that would be very helpful since I'm not quite sure I understand everything.

If the device recognizes the SIM card, go to Settings > More > Mobile networks > Network operators or Service providers (depending on Android version), this will start a search for available networks, so you will have to wait for the search to complete. Check if you can see your operator in the list and tap on the network to register on it.

As I wrote earlier, if you could try with a different SIM card in your device (not your SIM card in another device) that would also be good.

Keep me posted!
