Sony Z3 camera module compatibility with Z1 AND Z2?

I want to know are camera modules on sony Z1,Z2 AND Z3 same? Can i buy sony z1 camera module and put it in sony z2 or sony z3?

Or vice versa?

how about the resolution? does it expand to the maximum resolution as in Z3?

currently I have z3+ that OVERHEATS a lot with the rear camera, if camera software can identify and be use just as the intended device, I would love to swap my camera with Z5 or downgrade with z3 as long as I can take at least 10 pictures without burning my hand.
