Service centres are supposed to inspect and carry out a vacuum or pressure test which checks the waterproof capability which doesn't appear to have happened - Depending on your consumer laws you could claim if in the EU that you are dissatisfied and have had to send it away to be repaired more than twice which I pretty sure allows you to claim for either a pro-rata refund or a replacement device of the same quality or better NOT LESS

As above it should be of the same quality or better
I hope they gave you paperwork confirming a change of IMEI numbers for continuity of your warranty, without said paperwork then it could be claimed that the phone you have now is a different phone from that listed on your account/warranty
