Sony Xperia Z3 Repair

Hi,
I bought my Xperia Z3 on the 1st of May 2015.
After 2 months of using my handset i noticed missing pixels on my screen. Left the phone in "Perfect cosmetic condition" in the Three Store for repair on the 5th of July 2015.
Phone came back on the 15th of July unrepaired (missing pixels still there) but also Sbe damaged my phone. There was a dent and scratch on the frame. I sent it back to Sbe straight away on the 15th of July. I was happy when i finally got a message on the 31st of July saying that my handset is ready for collection. Went to the Three store and... Screen has been repaired, frame has been repaired but the back cover was not sealed correctly (raised on the sides). Sbe should use new adhesive and seals everytime the phone is repaired but they didn't. I could see old, dirty seal between back cover and the frame. Asked Three Store worker what can i do now. He said: "send it back again". So i left the phone for another repair...
I also rang customer service and asked for handset replacement. They said they can't give me the replacement and i need to wait for my phone to come back repaired (or not).
I am sure the phone will come back with another problem but i am not sure what will be wrong this time.

I don't believe my phone will be waterproof after these repairs. If they used old seal between back cover and frame the last time i am pretty sure they didn't replace another seals like speaker seal when they replaced the frame of my phone.

Any ideas what can i do at this stage?

Thanks

Service centres are supposed to inspect and carry out a vacuum or pressure test which checks the waterproof capability which doesn't appear to have happened - Depending on your consumer laws you could claim if in the EU that you are dissatisfied and have had to send it away to be repaired more than twice which I pretty sure allows you to claim for either a pro-rata refund or a replacement device of the same quality or better NOT LESS

Contact Xperia care after checking your consumer laws and put your finding to them http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

I've just got the information that my handset has been exchanged. They sent me the refurbished handset. I just hope the handset will be in the same condition as my one.

As above it should be of the same quality or better

I've just collected exchanged phone. It is in excellent condition. The only change is the imei number.

I hope they gave you paperwork confirming a change of IMEI numbers for continuity of your warranty, without said paperwork then it could be claimed that the phone you have now is a different phone from that listed on your account/warranty

They didn't give me anything saying that the phone has been exchanged. I'll ring sony xperia care and ask for some paperwork.

Sony Xperia Care said that the warranty for my exchanged handset is valid till September 2017.
