Sony xperia Z ultra blank screen

My Sony phone screen got blank on the second day of use. I tried to press the power button for more than 15 min.. but not helped.. Atlast when I removed my Sim card the phone suddenly started working.  I never expect this after buying such a costly device on second day itself. Can you tell me what made this device to get this blank screen. At night I made sure all my application is closed. it was having 100% battery charge. At morning I can get the viberation feel but no display.

This is not only peoblem with my phone.. but may people who brought this phone has got the same issue. Do u have any fix for it?

Same problem with my Z5. I had to restart by pressing the volume up button and power button. SONY, please rectify in your next update!

I am now experiencing the same problem. I also have a problem with my USB connection. It is very disgusting that a company like Sony wont have a solution for this... If this does not get resolved for me until the end of this month I will never buy a Sony phone again nor endorse it to any of my friends. Do something about this Sony...

Nothing worked on my xzu. Screen is still on but dim. Briightness slider does not work nor any other brightness control apps.

Got same problem in my xzu c6833. It powers on ok I can hear the bootup sound but nothing on screen. I read somewhere it is a hardware issue and to solve it - you just simply solder a jumper on one very small fuse resistor. But it didn't show that it actually worked.
