Sony headphons wont work !!!!

My headphones that came along with the experia z2 was working fine for 3years now all of sudden stopped working the mic is working but no sounds coming out of it ... Sounds coming from the speakers instead anyone faced the same problem?? Help plz thx

Try refreshing your Smart Connect app:

- Go to Settings -> Apps -> Smart Connect -> Force stop, Uninstall updates, the go to Storage -> Clear data and restart your phone.
- Go to your Play Store and update Smart Connect again.

Tried it twice but the problem is still there..... Man Im mad I really like those headset

After 3y you are mad that your earphones stop working? I am wondering what's on your mind.. You better go to doctor before buying another earphones if 3y is bad for you.
