i have a problem smart baclight control and smart calling handling not working how i can fix?

İ tried fix it with sony update ota but not working:-(

smartk backlight works from time to time, depending on how visible your face is, like it won't work all the times in dark evening areas or in-doors, also after it looses your face it will dimm off, no matter if we look again to the device... A thing to fix and be more accurate by software, didn't yet tried the auto answer functionality.

the sensor is working, i know have tried with other applications and it did work.sony xperia z2 have too many problems as it seems. i use xperia s and later z and i did never hade those kind of problems.

smart control calling works perfectly on my phone my advice would be to perform a diagnose of the device using Sony diagnose app and test all sensors especially the proximity sensor

İ am afraid for water proof test.did contacted sony turkey and sweden but no help from them yet,they did not solve the problem.do u have any advice?unfortinatelly i regret buying this phone,before i did had experia s and z did not have any problem with them.byt new one looks like sony become new samsung with bad phones

İ check Android system my sensor is closed thank you sony support.u check all phones before you put them for sell???

Proximity switch is off untill you cover it.
