Slow camera on lollipop 5.1.1

Why viewfinder camera is slow than kitkat?? Camera refresh rate look lower than 20 fps on medium or low light conditions. On kitkat looks to be 60 fps!! Please sony fix that!! It's the worst thing on an update like this

If you only start the camera (dont use it), and just shake, camera so lagging on 5.0.2 and now also on 5.1.1. On previously kitkat firmware, work fine. On this video you can see the issue:

Let's try something basic

reinstall the latest update with PCC and also save the videos/pictures on the internal storage and report back

This error has nothing to do with where videos are saved . it is software problem. Please fix that on next update. It's very annoying!
