SIM TOOLKIT APPLICATION PROBLEM.

I have a Sony Xperia phone Z3+ Dual (E6533) . I  discovered that after the Nougat update i cannot access Mobile Money transfer services(M-PESA-[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M-Pesa] ) on my  SIM toolkit when using both lines.

I have restarted my mobile, did software repair but still I cant access the SIM toolkit when both lines are in use .

Kindly assist in resolving the issue mentioned.I look forward to hearing from you

This tech is also carrier depenent, so it's not just Sony, Google; but your service provider as well.

This stuff is getting very old, and most Y2K devices won't natively program SIM cards without elevated privileges.

I have performed Factory Reset and the issue has been resolved.
