Security back up doesn't work.

My security back up freezes at 50%. Tried to do it manually but it's The same.

Could you please let me know which specific back up you are referring to? Where do you go inside your device in order to back it up?

My Z3C has the same behaviour with sony's backup app.

I have set auto backup at my gmail account (cloud) every week during charging and wifi connected.

Auto mode freeze at 50% and randomly manual backup to the cloud works...

I have CE1 customization with 23.5.A.1.291 compilation.

Hi @Kuba5262, I'm sorry about that.

Could you try to remove all back up categories, and then check one to see if that is backed up - then keep on adding one category until you run in to the behaviour? That way, you'll see at which category the behaviour occurs and we can troubleshoot from there.

It looks like xperia home layout fault to do its backup...other options freeze at 50%, xperia home 0%

xperia home version 10.0.A.0.63

So if you untick that specific box, the back up completes? Or did I misunderstand you?

It completes if i untick applications backup

I've checked it - it is not complete when i try to backup aplications, freeze at 50% and xperia home layout doesn't start to do backup

Same for me. I unchecked the app backup. And now it works. Thanks for the help all of you! I guess the apps doesn't need backup.

needed or unneeded - it has work before...my backup malfunction is about two weeks old

Might gave something to do with the latest update. Let's hope they fix it. Most important stuff gets saved now anyway. Thanks to you guys.
