Screen unlocking during call

Hello!  when I make a call, immediately locks the screen, and i can't active the speaker or end the call. I have to give the power button a few times and eventually it works.

To end a call I had to do a reset (power + volume up), which is not very logical.

the model is C6603, with Kit Kat 4.4.2. Please help me!

Yes, I had a screen protector, I removed it and the problem was solved. Thank you!
