Screen unlocking during call

During calls I'm unable to pass lockscreen where I have to enter 8 letters password.

Screen is working I can change keyboard, run camera, return to call etc, but when I press password field to enter password nothing happens (keyboard is not showing). It passes right after disconnection. I'm using Z1C with KK 4.4, but I don't remember if it also happened on 4.3

No.... with same apps installed my SGS2 works properly (regardless if using custom ROM 4.4, 4.3, or original 4.1.2)

Boot in safe mode,see if the same occurs:

That was very good advice - unlock works properly in safe mode.. Good, but strange thing is that after restart it works even in normal mode O_O It's strange because I turned device off an on few times even using power + volume up...

Well,in the case you should clean a little through the apps.

Well something was stuck for sure, but right now lockscreen works ok without removing any apps or any other changes..

It seems that booting up in safe mode removed whatever was problem. I hope it's not going to return
