I'm sorry to hear this.
This does look to be hardware related, I would recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair. If you do not have a local support team, I'd recommend that you get in contact with the retailer where you bought the phone for further assistance.
