recorded videos flicker, camera flicker - sometimes just a few seconds

Hello there, thanks for reading this.

Most of the videos I record would flicker, some of them just for a few seconds, others for the more than one minute until the video ends. I can see the flicker while recording and also the video file contains the flicker. This flicker looks like shutter speed flickering.

Any idea what I can do?

Strat troubleshooting by clearing your Camera app cache:

- Go to Settings -> Apps -> Camera -> Force stop, then go to Storage -> Clear data and restart your phone.

If the problem still persists, restart your phone into safe mode, this will disable all installed 3rd party apps. If the problem is resolved then one of your installed apps is causing this issue and you have to figure out which one. Start by uninstalling those apps you installed recently.
