screen repair by sony

hello, i broke the screen of my phone in summer. Then i sent it back to sony to have it repaired (cost 150e). now it has been 2 months and the phone is still being repaired. I contacted sony support 2 times but they are useless, they don't know anything about the status of the phone. How much time should I expect before getting the phone back? any similar case? Is the phone being repaired by slave children in some third wolrd country? Is sony exploiting everybody ?

I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately there isn't much I can do to help you out. I recommend that you contact your Local support once more and ask to get contact information to the service center that is repairing your phone. It shouldn't take two months to get it repaired.

the support has been contacted 2 times already as mentionned in the post and they did not give any helpful answer. I doubt contacting them a 3d time would help

alright i still not have any news from the support. On the sbe site they say they are waiting to receive parts? is this real ? after 2 months they still wait for parts?
