How do I turn off my screen overlay

I cannot turn On and Off Permission on all apps installed in my Sony Xperia Z5 Premium , which is current the latest version software running with Android 6.0.1, anyone can explain the correct way to fix the problem? It's always show " Screen Over Others Apps " Thanks.

And it's always telling me " Screen Overlay Detected " message everytime I touch the On and Off Button.

Uninstall facebook messenger > restart the phone > check again

When this dialog is appear ( screen overlay detected ) press ( open settings ) then choose ( facebook messenger ) then turn off ( permit drawing over other apps ) and done try it

Hi, I have a Sony Xperia Z5 Compact and my problem started with whenever I play music or watch a video, the app pauses itself and I don't know why, then when I open music or try to move a file "Screen Overlay Detected" keeps popping up after the app asks for permission to have access to my device.
