Screen mirroring to windows 10 error

Unable to mirror my phone screen, as Device Connection > Screen Mirroring saying "No Device found" despite 'Connect' app in Windows 10 being properly configured and run. 

Looking for your advice.

Yeah, that was the first place where I started my search for a solution. Even though the section thoroughly addresses the issue of mirroring to the television, it says nothing about doing the same to laptop. 

However, I believe the Chromecast might be the only solution for casting to the laptop.
