Screen doesn't react (Z1 Compact)

Soo I held my phone under water a couple of days ago

It's been a little wierd since then, the screen got a little wierd but that was gone after one night and some water got through one of the tabs. The simscard disconnected the whole time so the phone restarted itself every time.. Now that is out of the way but my screen just stopped working. the touch doesn't react. I can see things move en it stell just displays but  i can't touch anything

what do I do?? I tried restating but it didn't work

Contact Sony Xperia Support and ask them to do a vacuum test on your phone.

the service is closed in my country right now, my phone is turned off but it is reaaally hot and I am scared it will burn and break or something

Don't charge it, don't try to turn it on, remove both SIM and SD cards > open all the covers and let it cool down and dry in a bowl with rice.

It cooled down but the screen still doesn't react, I am so stressed rn

Most likely you will need to replace the screen, contact your local Xperia care ASAP.
