Remove/dissable window style cover?

Before I had the SCR44 Sony Style cover with a touch window.

Now I want to change to a third party flipcover which have two parts; the flipcover itself and a rubber case which the phone is placed in that stick to the flipcover with magnet, like the image attached. When placing the phone the the cover, the phone enter "window" mode, like with the style cover. It does this automatically, and I cannot do anything with it unless I unmount it from the cover. For me, it seems that the phone think I use the style cover because of the magnet. Is there any way to completally unpair/uninstall the Style Cover from the phone?

I am also facing same issue. Following this thread. Is it any app problem. I just installed a FIFA World Cup and after that, its showing like this.
