Hi everyone,
I bought the Z5 this week, and updated it...And it's restarting in loop everey 5/10 min.
I tried the factory reset but nothing changed, also inactivate Movie creatir or reboot in safe mode...
Is there a simple way to get back to Android 6.X ?
Ty guys
I'd suggest that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Don't forget to backup using Xperia Companion, but preferably without adding apps or settings to the backup. Skip the backup step if the reboot loop is not allowing it.
Follow the steps given in blue links, and keep us updated.
Hi @Quester
I already did it as well yesterday but i'm trying to do it again at this moment.
I keep you inform.
Thank you
The software update with companion doesn't change anything at all.
It's already rebooting again adn again.
Any solution ? The problem is know ! I saw it before on this forum..
Thank you
There is nothing inside the phone..no SIM or SD...
Then I'm not quite sure what may cause such a reboot loop, I've tried all the possible troubleshooting steps. I think it would be wise to contact your Local support and let some professional examine your phone.
