Hi @VinnieBW, sorry to hear about this.
Do you use a pre-installed ring tone, or have you added a personal one?
First of all, make sure that the “Do not disturb” feature is not enabled.
You can check this by either dragging down the quick settings menu on your phone (place two fingers at the top of the screen and drag them downwards) and check if Do not disturb is activated. If it is, tap on the icon and turn it off.
You can also press and hold the volume up button on the side of your phone and raise the volume (and disabled the Do not disturb feature).
If the Do not disturb mode is not active in your phone, try rebooting your phone in safe mode and ask someone to call your phone, or if you have another phone that you can use to call your own phone. In safe mode, all downloaded applications will temporarily be disabled so we can see if any of them is the cause of this.
