Then the battery charge drops sharply, for example, it was 55%, then sharply becomes 38%, and then 0%, and immediately turns off. Now I made a reset to the factory settings, and the battery does not discharge so much, but still holds the charge badly. What could be the problem? The phone was almost 2 years old, and he repeatedly fell on the carpet, the back cover slightly moved away. What do you advise?
