Xperia Z display flickering

Hi guys,

After the lollipop update, my l36h is presenting some problems related to screen.

First: Sometimes the screen start to flickering, like a tv noise, on high resolution images or videos.

Second: Sometimes the screen turns green, all the white colors turns green, and after 5 minutes the problem is gone.

The phone never was dropped on the water and the flaps are ok. Even restoring the firmware to 4.2.2 or 4.4.4 the problem persists, someone can help me?

I agree with Phy on this one, this seems to be more related to hardware rather then software.

You can always try performing a software repair on the device to make sure.

1. Before you start you have to download the PC Companion software from PC Companion
and install it on your PC.
2. Once installed on your PC, double-click the PC Companion icon on your desktop to start the update.
Note! For some models you will be prompted to do a backup prior to the update and then restore.
3. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
4. Phone Software Update.
5. Start.
6. Repair Phone
7. Continue
8. Accept data removal
9. Next
10. Wait for prepare
11. Select Phone
12. Follow the connection steps

I restored my phone using PC Companion but not resolved. My phone is refurbished, has unlocked bootloader and root, so I can not send to technical assistance, I will have to buy the display and make the replace alone.

Hi Guys, finally i solved the issue of my phone.

Using a hair dryer, i've warmed the screen of my phone during 5 minutes. After this all the flickers was gone!

P.S: NEVER TRUST ON THE WATERPROOFNESS OF YOUR PHONE!

My phone start flickering after update mm... what is the best solutions.... replace the touchscreen or warm it ? Coz it need much cost to replace
