probleme z3 and sd restart

Hello everyone,

I just tell you about problems with my phone Sony Xperia Z3 Compact and my micro SD card:

The purchase of my phone so I introduced my micro sd card mp3 responsible for about 6000 and 800 photos.

The card was recognized without problems, scanned normally. The problem appeared during the next reboot my phone. I go then realize that this train a lot and mostly it heats excessively to the point of boiling in minutes. Through the application GSAM Battery Monitor, I see the "Multimedia" application takes too many resources. This application of the system includes four processes:

- Download Manager

- Multimedia Storage

- Memory

- Downloads

I run my application "Album": No picture appears, we see that the application looks for files.

I run my application "Walkman": No mp3 does not appear, we see that the application looks for files. Once the phone

restarts itself!

what can i do ???

Remove your SD card and test it on a Pc and with your phone perform a system repair

Performing a system repair using PC Companion as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone and erase all data so best to backup before you begin

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP
