Hello, I have a problem with my Xperia Z, when I call to hear the person I am forced to switch to speakerphone mode. Can you help me please?

Settings > apps > all > phone > clear data > restart your phone

Yes, when I call to hear the person I am forced to switch to speakerphone mode, because I can not hear my interlocutor in the phone, but I hear only speaker.

settings > call settings > uncheck microphone noise suppression and check again
