Problem with my Xperia Z, when I call

Hello, I have a problem with my Xperia Z, when I call to hear the person I am forced to switch to speakerphone mode. Can you help me please?

If those options are not related,really do not know.You might want to try a software repair,but I am not sure it will work.

I think it's material, the small speaker above "Sony" should be damaged.

the problem is that when im calling for someone it says temporarily out of service and i cannot call can you help me in this situation
