Power on/off button doesn't work!!!!

Hello friends, the power on/off button of my xperia z ultra doesn't work with less than 1 mouth!!! I can't turn off my cellphone(thank god he was on when this mess came up). Somebody know a way to fix that? maybe some software problem came in, i don't know.

What if you press and hold power & volume up? if that doesn't work remove the SIM card that should restart the phone, there's also a button next to the SIM card, you could reset the phone with that button.

Press and hold power & volume up doesnt work. I don't have a sim card yet, so i cant try the second sugestion. This button next to SIM card only turn off the phone or reset it too? Only turn off him isn't a good idea i think.

yes, it turned off, but now it don't turn on. probably it's a hardware problem, unfortunately.
