Please help me!!!! Too many problems with this phone!

I bought my phone on the Sony website.  Sometime I think they send me a refurbish one instead of a new phone because since day one there is so many problem with this phone.

Previously I owned a Note 3 but I switch over to the Ultra because the Note 3 was too small for me.  First thing I notice was that certain games would freeze at certain point that never happen on the Note 3.  I never had a single problem with the note 3.

The biggest 2 problems for me is this.

1.  Doesn't work with T-Mobile 4G LTE (It should), I call T-Mobile and they help me fix my APN and it still does not work!?!  Because it does not work I cannot send Pic through text.  If I can't fix it soon, I have to cancel my data plan.  

 -  I cannot use GPS, I can't not surf the WEB, etc....  It is really a major problem.

2.  Camera freeze often?  Why?

3.  Certain games freeze when it shouldn't be?

4.  Is it the phone or Android version 4.4.4 Kitkat?

If you experience other issues you could backup and repair your phone with either PCC or Bridge

Can you tell me what the differences between PC companion and simply just backup and restore on your phone like any other smartphone?

With PCC you will have the backup on your computer, I backup not just with PCC or the backup & restore app on the phone but other options (check the above link)

That is disappointing.  When my phone arrived it already had this problem so backup and restore wouldn't do anything.   It wouldn't fix anything.  It kind of sad that Sony solution to fixing their phone is to backup and restore.

I don't understand the issue
