Please help me!!!! Too many problems with this phone!

I bought my phone on the Sony website.  Sometime I think they send me a refurbish one instead of a new phone because since day one there is so many problem with this phone.

Previously I owned a Note 3 but I switch over to the Ultra because the Note 3 was too small for me.  First thing I notice was that certain games would freeze at certain point that never happen on the Note 3.  I never had a single problem with the note 3.

The biggest 2 problems for me is this.

1.  Doesn't work with T-Mobile 4G LTE (It should), I call T-Mobile and they help me fix my APN and it still does not work!?!  Because it does not work I cannot send Pic through text.  If I can't fix it soon, I have to cancel my data plan.

 -  I cannot use GPS, I can't not surf the WEB, etc....  It is really a major problem.

2.  Camera freeze often?  Why?

3.  Certain games freeze when it shouldn't be?

4.  Is it the phone or Android version 4.4.4 Kitkat?

Please help me!

First, go to your network provider and get a brand new nano sim card. Then use Sony PC Companion to repair your phone.

Do you have a micro SIM card or did you trimmed a regular SIM card? how old is it? are you certain that your phone its compatible with your carrier's 3G and 4G bands?

Go to settings > about phone > check the model name/number and post it here also which carrier and which country?

How about if you manually enter the APN settings? also how good or poor is the network coverage in your area? or at least LTE coverage

I did manually enter the APN.  I get about 2 bar of LTE on my Note 3.

Try this on both phones, settings > about phone > status > signal strength and post the info here, bars aren't reliable
