Pink spot with xperia z3 camera

Hi, I just got my z3 less than a week ago, today I notice pink spot with the camera and all the photos I take. Is this a software issue or should I take it to sony a.s.a.p? Sample photo:

I've tried my Z3c with four different camera apps and they all exhibit the same pink spot, which makes me wonder if it's perhaps a hardware problem. Or do other apps use the Sony white balance algoritms? (yes, I know this is a Z3 forum, but the Z3c uses the same camera and this thread is longer than the one on the Z3c forum)

I wish Sony would comment on what is causing this issue. Is it even classified as a warranty-repairable problem? Has anyone sent their phone for repair because of this issue?

Z3 is  still GREAT ,, but really I'm disappointed that this good camera has a terrible pink colour

This is my first phone of SONY ,,, is all Z3 devices have this problem !!??

Why Sony didn't reply and solve this problem !!

what's important to me ,,, is to know

is it software or hardware ..

if it is a software issue ,, I'm sure they will solve it through updates

but if it is hardware ,, then I should go back and replace it with new phone

I am considering returning mine in 30 day warranty as a result - or should i be patient and wait for Sony?? Views?

The problem will be found when take pic. In room, no enough light, if take pic for whole white or grey background, in the middle of pic., you could find big area RED.

Many friend this problem.

Called Xperia Care, no answer.

I had contacted xperia care
but they don't Cary.
they lied to methat I was the first people reported the problem, it's a Sony?

I can't believe it, but they made believe.
