Pink spot with xperia z3 camera

Hi, I just got my z3 less than a week ago, today I notice pink spot with the camera and all the photos I take. Is this a software issue or should I take it to sony a.s.a.p? Sample photo:

@ThomasWigg, I believe what you have is a hardware issue. Are you covering the camera with your thumb/fingers? If so, try covering it with something more solid where light does not seep through.

Try to take a photo while covering the camera. If the photo is not completely black or you see particles (white, purple, pink, etc.), then your camera is most likely defective.

Same here , In certain light u can see this pinkish color i dont think its a hardware issue since all other photos seems to be fine i think it has something to do with the white balance.

and try to take photos of white and grey (wall or book for example),

This is a resized and version of this picture with 20.7 megapixels settings .As u can see in more colorful pictures theres is no purple tint .

With greater inspection its correct im having the same round form in a fully white picture. but i seem to have a purple glow around the center and not a purple dot itself. It seems to be the worst when im taking 20 MP photos. i think its a lens issue as you can see when the backlens reflects it gives a purple glow. so this is most defenately the issue.

This makes you wonder why didnt they tested this.

that's what we're talking about...

a pink or green spot in the middle.

and of course the spot is not so obvious in a colorful picture,

but it appears when the scene is not that complicate/colorful,
