pictures and images backup FAIL

HI all,

i have just downloaded the pc companion. i was able to back up everything (tick all boxes)

but the pictures and images back up said FAILED

how can i fix this and is there a work around this?

i have already lost all my data once and it was like i had to live my life all over again.

back story

my z1 was barely a month old but would not charge so sony warranty replace the entire mother board. so i lost all my data on that day.

I always suggest users to manually copy and paste the media files,PCC will hang with so much data to handle.
