Phone blocking after answer

Why phone (android 6.0 z3 compact) after call answer  is not automatically blocked. This is very inconveniently if I use handsfree. When the call is end phone display is working and sensitivity.

Just to clarify, does the screen go black when you make or receive a phone call, and you are unable to get the screen to light up again?
