Otg not work

My z5 e6653 not detect usb 

No usb device detect but my device charge normal and read on laptop with cable normal

Just usb otg not detect

Welcome to the community!

Have you attempted restarting the device while the OTG cable is plugged in to see if it detects it upon start up?
