notification sound

Just got a Xperia z3 compact and it keeps making a notification sound but no notifications!! It's driving me mad. It's every 7\8 mins. I have turned off all notifications for the apps, updated everything. I don't want to keep my phone on silent all the time but this is my only option at the minute. Please help before I go crazy 😜

Boot on safe mode. Does the same occur?

Notifications off for every app.

Then it's a third party causing the problem.

Trial and error, delete app by app until you find the culprit
