no ring sound for incoming call in xperia z5

Hello Friends,

I have a weird issue for my sony xperia Z5 after upgarde

After upgrading i am not getting incoming ring sound and also used to get frequently a message that ' contact has been crashed ' 

There is no issue with the speaker.

if i restart the phone ringsound will work for some time and after that it will stop

I have done software repair couple of time but no luck.

Does any one know how to fix this issue.

Hi everyone, 

Had this issue also.

I changed the ringtone to one of the xperia's factory ringtones and then rings for incoming calls came back!! Then changed it back to the song I had before and... the problem disappeared...
