No internet service after apdate to 4.4.4 on Xperia Z

I updated my xperia Z to kit kat 4.4.4 this past weekend and my internet connection stopped working. I downloaded the the internet and mms settings for my carrier and still does not work. is this due to the update or is this my service providers problem.

Sam, already spoke with Tmobile, their services are working, okay, THIS HAPPENED RIGHT AFTER THE UPDATE!!!!!!

HAVE YOU GUYS COME UP WITH A SOLUTION YET?

Same issue as above, internet by carrier suddendly doesn't work anylonger. I have to either restart or go in airplane mode then exit to restore.

Thanks raysgranita. I tried turning off my phone, take out my Sim Card and re-insert it. Turned on and wow.. My mobile was back on its original track with update 4.4.4.

I did notice that when I turned on after re-inserting my Sim card, it was showing India time zone where I actually bought this phone. Currently I am in US when I upgraded this phone to 4.4.4. Would this have been a reason APN settings were not being saved in my phone and Mobile data was not running?

Okay, so after many tries, inputting the APN manually it works, ZL seems to "remember" the settings, follow the APN instructions from your carrier.

That solves the connection problem; however, i still have my phone rebooting when there is no DATA activity when data connection is on. Does anyone else have this annying problem?
