NFC "Read Error"

I am trying NFC file exchange with my Xperia Z2. NFC and Android Beam are activated. When I try to send a photo from ALBUM or a music from WALKMAN, it indicates "READ FAILURE". The other phones are Xperia M2 and LG G2. Both phones can send file with NFC without a problem when I put them back to back. However my Z2 fails To receive or send any file. Is it a software of hardware problem?

Are you able to send the file via Bluetooth without using NFC?

Yes bluetooth has been working properly. NFC already indicates "Reading Error, Please try again" wwhen I bringthe phone bback to back.

I also tried NFC by switching on and off WI-FI. But it did not work. I know that the other phone's NFC is working properly. It is my Z2 which does not exchange any file

If bluetooth is able to send files to and from your Z2 then you may have an app that could be causing a communication error between NFC and your bluetooth

I have the Xperia Z2 and after upgrading to android lollilop 5.0.2 my NFC couldn't be upgraded and is inactive!!!I am very disappointed for that!I did factory reset but did not solve the problem...i tried with pc companion...nothing!!!!I cant understand why????How can i solve this?Another thing is that Xperia with Facebook disappeared!!!Can anyone risponde please?

TURN OFF NFC

you only need it for sending files to other androids or pay by phone

Thank you it was so easy 🙂 from settings just search NFC and turn it off 🙂
