Hi, I have been using my xperia Z3+ dual for 3 years. While am using, it turns off twice then when i open it again my navigation bar stopped responding. Home button and recent apps button are doesn't work when I tap on it but my back button and apps button will do. I restarted the phone a few times but that didn't help.
