Hi,i would like o know ir someone can help me,my Phone started to touch what it wants, i called técnicq support i resert and día everything they told me but now, i cant dowland whatsap Facebook or others apps

Hi Cameron, sorry forma my bad english, im from Argentina, i resert my Phone by the menu, and then i called again to Sony support and passed a website to solved my problems...Xperia something i dont remember, now it finish everything, but i cant dowland any app which have mensaggers, whatsap, Facebook or others

Yes, that one i finished o use, but i cant dowland the apps i said

Onda whatsap, for examplo in the part i have to verify the Phone numer, i cant choose ok, it stay there

Maybe, it could be a physical problem with your touch screen. I recommend you contact your Local support team to arrange a repair through them.
