my Xperia Z has stuck and not working.

My Xperia Z has been stuck and im trying to restart it is not working, i have even removed my SIM but it is still not working. the display is stuck and not turning off. Please advice me.

Hi,

Have you tried to force a restart/shutdown? If not, I suggest that you force a restart/shutdown by holding the ON/OFF + volume up(+) button for 5-10 seconds.

Glad to hear that it worked! 

@koteshwar For your information, the volume down button can be used to take a screenshot when the phone is powered on. You can then hold the ON/OFF + volume down(-) for 2-3 seconds, press these buttons with a good timing.

yaa. what i meant was i tried with all the three at once. power volume + and volume -.. i read it is used to boot the phone. but ya.. only the power and volume + workied and solved my problem. thanks again.
