my Sony Xperia z3 doesn't detect head phone

My xperia z3 doesn't detect head phone after reparation enymore the sound comes from the speaker. Reparation:(The main plate was changed because of the problems with WiFi and bluetooth)

Was the repair carried out by Sony? If so contact them.

Settings > apps > smart connect > clear data and/or catche > restart device ,  try now

If it wont work is there anything green covering the top layer of the jack components? 

 If no,  contact sony.

Have you tried multiple headsets or only the one? 

Try using another if possible, as this will help us determine where the issue is coming from.

Hello Jake-SonyXperiaSupport, yes I've tryed another headphones from my father's mobile he has Sony Xperia Z and my phone doesn't detect them too.

That's unfortunate, it seems this could be hardware and in such a case I can only suggest that you speak with Sony Mobile customer care, they should be able to help.
