My phone is missing tethering option!

Hello. I am trying to enable tethering hotspot, I checked my site saying that there should be 3 options in the tethering and hotspot, but I only get two! and the option to enable tethering is NOT there! what should I do??

I'm not sure if you have opened the correct settings - I think you have opened Settings then Xperia connectivity then Windows tethering, You should be opening Settings then More then Tethering and mobile hotspot
