People tell me that they can barely hear me, where can I find the setting for the main microphone?
Under settings-->sound & notification--->audio settings there is nothing except clear audio+, sound effects and dynamic normalizer.

Hi @Felby,
I'm sorry to hear about this.
I'm afraid that there is no setting to adjust the microphone sensitivity in your phone, there is however a setting for noise suppression during calls which you can find in Settings > Call > Microphone noise suppression. If you have this setting activated, try turning it off and make a few calls and check if the counterpart(s) can hear you better.
I would also recommend that you test the microphone in your phone when you are outside of a call and see if you experience the same behaviour. To do that go to Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Microphone. Start the test and speak into the microphone > listen to the recording.
Let me know how it goes!
"Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Microphone"
There is no such thing under "about phone".
Hi again!
Oh, I see.
You can try and run the service test for the microphone since don't have the diagnostics tool in your phone.
To access this test, start with opening up the phone application > type in *#*#7378423#*#* > Service tests > Microphone. Run the test as normal and see if you notice any difference when you aren't in a call. I just want to double check, was there any change after you turned noise suppression off?
Keep me posted!
