Microphone Problem only in Regular Calls| Lolipop 5.0.2

Hi everyone,

I have Z1 for one year, and it was really nice time, recently i upgrade to Lolipop 5.0.2, but then the mic stop working good.

If i make or recieve  a normal call, the other side can not hear me well, the vocie is bad and sometime its gone totally.

But if i try to recode a voice or movie or even make an internet call using Watts App or Facebook massenger, the mic is okay and fine.

Only in regular call it stop working good.

Phone is totally unusable for phone calls since 14.5.A.0.270 update ! This voice interruption problem should be fixed as soon as possible. How could Sony made a mistake like that, it's really unbelievable.

Same problem since the 5.0.2 Update. My voice breaks permanent up! Changing dialogue options and reinstall with Sony PC Companion is non-effective.

Sony, please fix this asap. My phone is useless with this bug!

I'm z1 phone. Android 5.0.2 upgrade to a problem I have is that people do not hear my voice I call my voice as clear cut as they are sent.

I am facing voice breaking problem after i updated it to 5.0.2 update.. Sometimes voice is too clear and sometimes it is so breaking that even a hello can't be heard correctly. anyone else facing the same problem?? Sony developers sugest something? do i need to restore it to factory settings??

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

I have the same problem and i am gonna repair my phone using pcc. I hopeful that it will work.
