Microphone Problem only in Regular Calls| Lolipop 5.0.2

Hi everyone,

I have Z1 for one year, and it was really nice time, recently i upgrade to Lolipop 5.0.2, but then the mic stop working good.

If i make or recieve  a normal call, the other side can not hear me well, the vocie is bad and sometime its gone totally.

But if i try to recode a voice or movie or even make an internet call using Watts App or Facebook massenger, the mic is okay and fine.

Only in regular call it stop working good.

HI all I'm also having the issue of voice breaking at the other party. This started after the latest update which moved the build no to 270. Xperia z1. did anyone her perfect solution for this?

I also had this problem after lollipop update, The person on the other side of a call was hearing my voice  interrupted and sometimes some words like a robot voice.

I resolve this issue by disabling "Microphone noise suppression" and "Speaker voice enhancement" from call settings...

So try to go to Settings/Call and turn off the Microphone noise suppression and Speaker voice enhancement and test the call again to see if  on the other side  your voice is heard..

Has anyone noticed that the data connection dies while in a phonecall? Should this be happening with LTE?

I'm sorry to hear that you have issues with the audio during calls.

I have forwarded this issue internally for further investigation and i will update this thread as soon as i have more information.

I turn off the Microphone noise suppression and Speaker voice enhancement and it is working ok now. Network type gsm only.

Same problem is here with my Sony Xperia Z1.

So it's kindly request to Sony plz plz please resolve this problem permanently, as I have just started a new business and there is a lots of call on my phone and everyone replied with same answer that your voice is not coming properly.

Facing the same issue with my z1, when i attach bluetooth the voice output is fine. So there's no issue with the network, could be a bug. Sony please rectify this asap, your customers are having problems.

Hello all, I reinstalled lolipop via PC and the problem is fixed.
