Microphone Problem only in Regular Calls| Lolipop 5.0.2

Hi everyone,

I have Z1 for one year, and it was really nice time, recently i upgrade to Lolipop 5.0.2, but then the mic stop working good.

If i make or recieve  a normal call, the other side can not hear me well, the vocie is bad and sometime its gone totally.

But if i try to recode a voice or movie or even make an internet call using Watts App or Facebook massenger, the mic is okay and fine.

Only in regular call it stop working good.

Any help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope Sony can upgrade new tools to backup everythings including apps, becuase in my case, i have chatting history from one year before, now i have to  archive it all using other Apps ,and im sure i will lost some of them, all becuase last Upgrade to Lolipop goes wrong

Im feeling disappointed to spent more time and to lost some data because of this

Hi

I have some problem with my phone. after the latest update from lollipop during the normal call times other person say my voice is not hear very well. my voice is breaking,. so I did the PCC repair. and still I have the problem. and I turned off the noise cancellation option. then it was work few minutes and again its happen. please sony fix this problem.

Have you tried booting on safe mode and checking if that still happens.

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu 
3. press and hold "power off" 
4. Boot on safe mode should become available
