Mic Sensitivity Menu Option Missing? - Z5 Compact

Just wondering where it might be?

Everyone says there should be a Settings > Sound & Notification > Mic Sensitivity

But my phone has a different layout:

Settings > Sound > etc

and separately

Settings > Notifications > etc

And I've searched all of the sub-menus under both of them to no avail.

I also seem to be missing other options, for example, there is no Diagnostics option (Settings > About phone > Diagnostics )

Any advice?

Now have it after an update (Feb2019)

I have a new menu option!

Settings > Sound > Accessory Settings > Mic Sensitivity

Also, all the Test/Diagnostics stuff appears to be kept under:

Settings > About phone > Support

Just FYI, and in case it helps someone else:

I was having an issue where anyone calling me was hearing an echo of themselves. It seemed to disappear after about two minutes, but sometimes returned. On my end the call was perfect.

The mic had been replaced after being damaged in a drop, and I figured  either it was soem crosstalk issue OR that the mic sensitivity was too high and was picking up the earpiece speaker internally. Hence my mission to find the mic sensitivity controls. Now it is set to low and my callers have NO issues.
