Magnetic Charging Vs Micro-USB charging

Hi all,  I've currently got the Xperia Z and love it but looking to upgrade to the Z3  

Had a quick google and search on forums but I can't find the answer.

With the Z3 which is quicker to charge by, the Micro-USB port, or the Magnetic Charger port?

Assuming they are both off a wall not a computer, and so would be at 2.1 A not 1 A.

Also anyone with a Z3, what's the rough charging times you tend to see?

I am using the following but it does not support Qualcomm QC standards due to the missing data wires. The charege speed is decent considering the 6ft length.
