Lost charging connection pins from phone

Hi all,

i have a sony xperia z2, and always used the magnetic charging system.

it was a few week back moving inside my phone. but now i lost it completly. (the thing inside the phone). is this a common problem? and can i buy somewhere a new charging pin? 

if i buy a new charging connection pin. is it still waterproof? or should i fix by my phoneshop?

the circled part is gona.
