lollipop upgrade says no internal memory

I am trying to upgrade to new update me lollipop and it says there is no internal memory. I have 8GB free space in internal and still it says no space cannot download.

I really want to try New update can someone help me out

That's quite odd, but you can use PCC or Bridge
